Plurimo’s FRP/GRP structural profiles are manufactured through a continuous pultrusion process, resulting in constant cross-section components reinforced with high-strength fiberglass and thermosetting resin systems. The process involves pulling selected reinforcements such as fiberglass roving, mats, woven, or stitched fabrics through a resin bath to ensure complete impregnation with resins like polyester, vinyl ester, or isophthalic formulations.
Our pultruded structural profiles are available in a variety of shapes including angles, square and round tubes, I beams, wide flange beams, C channels, Y angles, solid rods, and decking plates. These profiles offer outstanding mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and dimensional stability.
The pultrusion process allows for full customization right from profile geometry and reinforcement type to resin systems and color options making it ideal for a wide range of industrial, infrastructure, and architectural applications.
